Daniel Wrublin
President and CEO
Daniel Wrublin co-founded Dalan Management Associates Inc., a real estate owner operator headquartered in Manhattan, in 2003. Daniel has grown the company to its current portfolio with a market capitalization of over $2.5 Billion consisting of more than 3,000 apartments and 200 commercial units spread across approximately four million square feet of real estate in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and California. He later went on to found SKW Funding, a special situations real estate debt platform. In 2008, Daniel was named one of Real Estate New York's top 30 Under 30 rising stars in the industry and in 2012 he was inducted as a member of YPO. Daniel received his bachelor of arts degree from Duke University where he is an active member of the alumni community including establishing the Wrublin Family Scholarship Fund in 2016 and currently serves on the Duke Financial Economics Steering Committee (DFESC).
Andrew Wrublin is a co-founder and principal of Dalan Management Associates, Inc. He has over forty years of experience as a real estate owner/investor. Andrew co-founded G Wrublin Co., Inc. in 1976, which is a major electronics distributor throughout the United States and Europe and he has served as its CEO and president for the past 40 years. Andrew received his BA from Curry College in Milton MA where he currently serves on its Board of Trustees.

Neil Cantor
Controller
Neil oversees Dalan’s accounting and financial reporting. Neil is a CPA, previously worked at Thor Equities and attended Binghamton University.
Matthew Sobel
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Matt oversees acquisitions, dispositions, deal sourcing, origination, and due diligence. Matt has originated over $2B+ in off market transactions alone throughout his career. He holds a BA from the University of Richmond.
Ben Black
Managing Director, Asset Management
Ben oversees Asset Management in Dalan’s New York City Portfolio. He previously worked at Janus Property Company. Ben graduated from NYU.
James Glassman
Managing Director, Strategy & Operations
James oversees Dalan’s Property Management, Revenue Management, In-House Leasing/Marketing and Capital Project Teams. James also runs Asset Management on Dalan’s Debt Platform, SKW Funding. Prior to joining Dalan, James worked for Beam Living and LivCor, Blackstone’s MF Portfolio Platforms where he was a Manager in the Strategy, Planning & Analytics group. He holds a degree from the University of Rochester.
Rosanne Schweitzer
Director, Accounting
Rosanne is responsible for Dalan’s bookkeeping, payroll and accounting. Rosanne has been at Dalan Management since its inception in 2003.
Ryan Weinerman
Senior Director, Strategy & Operations
Ryan works on Dalan's Revenue Management, Operations and Leasing teams, maximizing value of existing holds. Ryan previously worked for Blackstone's multifamily platform Beam Living, focusing on Asset and Revenue Management. Ryan graduated from the Tulane University.
Ben Kahan
Senior Associate, Acquisitions
Ben is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of new investments. He previously worked at Starwood Property Trust and BridgeInvest. Ben graduated from Yeshiva University with concentrations in Finance and Management.
Morgan Pollack
Director, Leasing & Marketing
Morgan works on Dalan’s revenue management and leasing. Her focus is on occupancy and leasing activity to drive top line results. She holds BA from Florida State University.
Brendan Pratt
Senior Property Accountant in Accounting
Brendan is responsible for the day to day accounting functions Dalan’s portfolio. Previously worked at Urstadt Biddle Properties. Graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in Accounting.
Jake Nestola
Director, Property Management & Compliance
Jake is the Director of Project Management and Compliance for Dalan’s New York Property Management operations and oversees all construction and compliance projects. Jake has 5+ years of experience in construction project management and entitlements. He has issued 10,000+ approvals and permits throughout the 5 boroughs of NYC.
Ellie Sileno
Associate in Asset Management
Ellie works on Dalan's Asset Management team, overseeing the performance of properties in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and Houston. Ellie worked previously for IPRG and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship.
