Founded in 2003 by Andrew and Daniel Wrublin, Dalan Management completed over $2.5 billion in transactions with a focus in New York City Multifamily. Dalan has a passion for Real Estate and built a reputation in it’s ability to generate and maximize value. Dalan’s current portfolio consists of over 50 properties comprised of approximately 3,000 residential units and over 100 commercial units across 3mm square feet. Dalan currently has over $2 billion in Assets Under Management.
